FUNCTIONAL FITNESS MOVEMENTS
This program focuses on the improvement and change of your body composition- fat loss and strength building. It is designed for individuals of all ages, genders and fitness levels.
You’ll notice your strength will build quickly for those who are just starting out and your muscles will start to show for anyone who has been training for some time. Your body will continue burning body fat even when you complete the workout. Get your heart rate up in the conditioning sessions and test yourself on the weights.
Track your weights lifted, repetitions, sets and recovery times. You will also have access to tracking your body weight, measurements, photos, sleep, nutrition, setting habits and so much more. Nutrition plans are also available upon request. Access to an equipped gym is required for this program.

SUPER HYPERTROPHY PROGRAM
This 9 week programmed is designed for more intermediate to advance both male and female with the goal to work on your strength.
This covers a vast array of hypertrophy movements and muscle gaining techniques which may be new to you. You will work on the compound movements plus accessory work to give you the optimal amount of strength. Track your workouts, nutrition, sleep and steps. 1-1 messaging access to a coach to help you along the way. Access to an equipped gym is required.

6 WEEK QUAD DOMINANT PROGRAM
Are you ready to take on the challenge?
This program is designed for the more advanced levels as it will push you to your limits and awaken your muscles.
This 6-week training course is focused on your quad muscles and will target your central nervous system. By the end you will notice a change when you are doing not only squats but also chin ups, deadlifts and all other compound exercises.
It is challenging but very rewarding. With only 3 sessions required per week with each one slightly different to continue challenging your muscles, mind and central nervous system.
Access to an equipped gym is required. 6 months access for $99
BODY BURN AT HOME
Body burn at home is a great program for those who are keen to get back into fitness or those who have no time or availability to get into a gym.
It is a 9 week program designed great for beginners to advanced as you can dictate your own intensity by the amount of reps you complete.
You will have 6 months access to complete or repeat. Minimal equipment is required but you can also adjust exercises if you don't have any equipment.
